At The Dicity, we want every adventurer to love their dice.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, contact us at support@thedicity.com before sending any items back.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Items that arrived damaged

  • Items that never arrived

  • Orders you are otherwise unsatisfied with

All items must be returned in their original condition.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or defective items: We cover the return shipping cost.

  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Stone & Glass Dice Notice

Due to the natural fragility of semi-precious stone and glass dice, we cannot replace dice that break during use.
Damage during shipping is always covered, so please check your dice as soon as they arrive.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items sent back without contacting us first
