Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How do I care for my dice?
To keep your dice looking their best, store them in the included pouch or a protective case when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, moisture, and harsh chemicals. For gemstone and glass dice, we recommend rolling on a padded dice tray to help protect their finish and edges.
